Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how long we keep it:

  • Contact info (name, email, phone, address) — Used for communication and program delivery. Retained while your account is active.
  • Login data (device type, IP, session info) — Used for authentication and security. Retained for 90 days.
  • Program data (applications, enrollment, status) — Used for service delivery and matching. Retained for program duration plus 1 year.
  • Preferences (language, communication, consent) — Used for personalization. Retained while your account is active.
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used) — Used for platform improvement. Anonymized after 30 days.
  • Health data — Never collected.

What We Never Do

  • We never sell your data
  • We never share without your consent
  • We never track you across other sites
  • We never use your data for advertising

How We Minimize

We create one-way hashes of your info instead of storing complete profiles. For example, an email address like [email protected] becomes an irreversible string like a3f8...c21d. This lets us match you to programs without exposing your details. A phone number goes through the same process. The original data is not recoverable from the hash.
